| We'll take care of whatever you need us to. That piece should have never been sent out. We try to provide reasonably priced chrome plated engine parts on hand with the conveneince of exchange. We've searched all over our area for a chrome shop that can meet our needs and deliver on quality. We send literally truck loads of parts to be chromed. Our current supplier seems to have gone down hill lately even with our repeated complaints and often sending half of their deliveries back to be redone. We try to make sure every piece that comes in is up to a reasonable standard. The quality of the chrome job does reflect direct on Z1. We've added disclaimers to all the product listings for our chromed items. I'll be taking all of our chrome plated engine parts off our website in the morning as all of this is simply not worth the hassle and more importantly loss of reputation when a piece slips between the cracks, considering the small profit margin we make on these items. If we find a more suitable source, or if our supplier gets their act togehter we may put the items back up for sale at some point.
